What would you do if you no longer spend time thinking about all of your looping thoughts, and released expectations and judgements? And how would you feel?
Yep, you have a choice to move forward.
Here’s a little trick I use now when something catches me off guard and I find myself slipping into the loop of expectations and judgements, because let’s keep it real we’re all human and we have moments. But what I now do is I grab my attention, and then I thank the irritating thoughts for presenting themselves to me and I remind these thoughts that I have moved on…I wish you well but I don’t wish you back.
