What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy healing practice that promotes harmony, relaxation, and overall well-being. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki channels your universal life force energy to support the body’s natural healing processes.

How is Reiki Beneficial? Reiki can ease stress, reduce anxiety, soothe physical discomfort, enhance clarity, and support emotional release. It creates a space for deep rest and energetic alignment—ideal for recharging mind, body, and spirit.

Who can benefit from Reiki? Reiki is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply seeking more peace and balance in life. It’s also supportive during times of transition, grief, burnout, or healing.

Set Your Intention

Setting an intention before a Reiki session is like opening a door to what you most want to receive, release, or remember.

It’s a conscious moment of clarity—where you name what you’re ready to heal, shift, or invite in. Your intention might be as simple as “I am open to receiving whatever I most need” or more specific, like “I release fear and welcome peace.

Why is it beneficial?

  • It aligns your energy with what you're calling in, creating a clear path for the Reiki to support that focus.

  • It empowers your healing by inviting active participation, rather than simply receiving it passively.

  • It deepens the connection between your body, mind, and spirit, signaling that you are ready and willing to transform.

Reiki will always flow where it’s needed, but when paired with a heartfelt intention, it becomes even more personal, powerful, and purposeful.

Relax

Reiki is a relaxation technique that will help bring healing energy to the body where it is needed to relieve stresses and help you in your healing process.

During your session I share this healing energy by hoovering my hands over your body and/or gently placing them on your clothes, focusing on the areas in need. I am honoring your space to allow the Reiki energy to assist in your healing process.

I recommend that you come dressed in comfortable clothing, bring socks, and approach with an open mind. Most clients bring an intention - something they’re seeking resolution for, such as - stress relief, letting go of looping thoughts, physical pains, anxiety, past trauma, depression, grief, overall relaxation, etc.

We will sit and talk about what you might experience during your session, but keep in mind everyone has their own experience.

 

Intuitive Reading

If my client is open to receiving intuitive messages that may come through before and/or during their session, I make sure to write down any messages that come through for them to take away after our session.

These messages are intended only for my client and I keep any information in confidence because it’s for my clients and they can do with it what they wish.

Post Session

Sessions from start to finish typically last an hour. I honor the energy and make sure that my clients leave with what they need.

After our time together, everyone has a different experience. Most leave with a wonderful, relaxed feeling, while some have unexpected emotions and reactions for several days. Some have instant relief, while others find they need to work on different areas of their life.
