What Intentions Mean To Me
I used to focus on what were other people's intentions, and now I realize the intention that matters the most to my outcome is my own.
How much of our time is spent worrying?
How much of our time is spent wondering what someone else is, was, or will be thinking?
My intention is part of my thought process and involves my actions. There are only two outcomes for and from every intention.
I can come from the quality of my Authentic Self or the lack of quality from my Conditioned Self.
Positive or Negative
Intuition Flow or Stagnant Suffering
But yet, sometimes, my intention is neutral.
Remember when people said, " I lead with love and light?" It's a beautiful phrase, but the actions and behaviors show the quality of their intention, and more often than not, their actions didn't mirror their words.
I remember when I thought prayer might be my only answer to change. I would pray, hoping that certain people would change so that I would be seen and heard. I would pray for the world to change. I would pray to lose weight, for hair to grow, for acne to disappear, and for my butt to get smaller. I would beg for my physical and emotional pain to fade away. I prayed for someone to love me and to have a baby.
And then I realized that I was praying all wrong. I needed to clarify my intentions, how to live my life, and what I wanted my legacy to be. This is when my direction became clear.
My intention is to lead with authenticity.
This realization has led me to understand when I'm connecting with the spirit, I'm asking for guidance and wisdom for what I need to do to be my best self.
I no longer pray for a winning lottery ticket; I ask for guidance on how to find a solution to gaining abundance.
I no longer pray for my aches and pains to go away; I ask for guidance on how to strengthen my body and find support when I cannot help myself.
I don't pray for more clients to call; I ask for guidance on supporting those in my path and being available when someone needs extra support and mentorship.
Intention + Action = Authenticity
Authentcity + Action = Intuitional Intention
I have a choice where I put my focus, and I choose to lead with intention every time because it's time to raise my frequency.
Standing still is no longer an option - LIVING with the clarity of intention is the only option. Yahoo!
