My name is Alison Schuh Hawsey — and I became a coach because I've sat across from too many brilliant people who were one honest conversation away from the changes they were craving.

I created my Organizational Coaching for Leaders and Teams because I was once a leader in a few organizations with dystfunctional qualities and here I am 15 years later still hearing how some leadership is still leading from fear. 

Whether in-person or remote folks are showing up but checked out. Trust is thin because workplace training and mentorship has become almost a thing of the past. Change keeps coming and nobody has given people the tools to actually move towards motivation to be successful.

That's not a strategy problem. That's a human problem. And human problems need inspiration and a reason to connect to thrive at work.

    • Lean to pause before reacting - the space between stimulus and response.

    • Practice direct, honest communication without assumption or defensiveness.

    • Build authentic relationships grounded in presence, not performance.

    • Create accountability structures that don’t rely on will power alone.

    • Build a day practice rooted in your four P’s: Peace, Playfulness, Positivity, Possibility.

    • Identify your triggers and develop a return-to-center protocol.

When you accept where you are, exactly as it is today, you stop spending energy on being defensive and start directing it toward what IS possible. This is where real transformation begins.
