Coaching

Focus on You

What exactly is Intuitive Life Coaching?

Coaching is a thought-provoking partnership between the Coach and the Client lead by a creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.

Basically, it is a chance for you to stop and have scheduled time to dig deep for your creative expansion, professional and/or personal goals and to develop a plan of action to move forward towards your passions and prosperity.

Working with a Life Coach is like working with an architect as you build your dream life.

Why should I try Coaching?

Similar to life...what you get out of coaching is entirely up to you! If you choose to show up at each session ready to sift through the daily clutter and peel back layers to reveal your true self, then you're going to find the process cathartic and refreshing. Not to mention you're going to answer so many questions that you've maybe forgotten such as what is your true passion? What direction would you like to take or not take? Is it time to make a change and let go of something/someone?

Check out what some of my clients have shared about their experience...Here.

How do we connect?

You schedule an hour-long session either over the phone or in person. During your session, you work on moving toward an agenda topic of your choice and then we'll have engaging dialogue in which most often than not your intuition will wake up and then you'll end your session with one - five action items.

Most clients tend to meet with me 2-3 times a month for 3-6 months. The timeline is entirely up to you.

When should you take the leap?

Upcoming travel schedule. Family obligation. The big project at work. Health issues. Divorce. Emotionally empty. Juggling stuff. New baby.

I could keep going until I listed the particular little nugget of procrastination that is holding you back but what it all boils down to is you and you alone. I'm available for you, but are you available for you?

When you're ready to find out what shift is waiting for you, give me shout. In the meantime, remember to be kind to yourself.
