Refilling Your Nest

The kids are grown.

The daily rhythm you built your identity around for two decades has shifted, so what's left is a question a lot of women aren't given permission to ask out loud: Who am I now?

Together, you'll:

  • Reconnect with the parts of yourself that took a back seat to parenting

  • Release identity tied solely to the role of "mom"

  • Explore what you actually want your next chapter to look like

  • Rebuild rhythm, purpose, and excitement in your day-to-day life

  • Find community with women redefining themselves at the same life stage

Refilling Your Nest is an intuitive coaching circle for mothers of adult children, designed for this exact in-between: not grief, not crisis — just an honest, supported space to rediscover your own purpose, passions, and next chapter.

This isn't an ending. It's just time to refill.

What to Expect

This circle meets virtually for 60-minute sessions, creating sacred space for shared exploration, personal insight, and collective growth. We'll focus on what feels most relevant in each gathering — uncovering patterns, exploring new perspectives, and identifying clear action steps to integrate between sessions.

Most circles meet three times per month for a minimum of three months, allowing rhythm for both momentum and integration. The timeline is flexible and responsive to the group's needs, but you must show up, participate, and instill new practices on your own time for this work to be sustainable.

Whether you're drawn to individual coaching or the collective wisdom of a circle, one principle holds true: you'll receive what you're willing to invest. Show up with intention. Engage with honesty. Take aligned action. Your commitment fuels your transformation.

Think of it as working with an architect for your life — one who helps you build a strong foundation rooted in awareness, purpose, and the courage to answer what's calling you forward.
