Looking back at your entry from Prompt #7 - What thoughts are you looping? Are they consuming your day? Your energy? Your outcomes? Your chance to move forward? It’s time to get them all out. - Which one of the looping thoughts do you want to let go of most and why?
What looping thought do you want to release/let go of and why? You may have a list of them from Prompt #7 but take one at a time.
The more you hurry the less you retain, especially when letting go. There is much wisdom gained when we slow the roll and ride the wave.
